THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! MY SON HAVING SEVERE TIPPY TOES WALKING, THEY MEASURED HIS FEETS AND PROVIDED THE BEST SHOES FOR HIM. HE IS NOW DOING GREAT!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
