We had a great experience with Werner Lau. He was very kind, patient, and professional while examining our daughter Ailin. He took his time, listened carefully, and answered all our questions. He showed real attention to her specific issue and gave us clear, detailed recommendations to help improve the situation. We truly appreciated his thoughtful approach and care. Highly recommended!
I am extremely happy with the appointment I had with Werner. I found him to be personable, kind, and funny. He took time to assess what was going on and made a recommendation that was best suited for my personal needs and a less costly solution than orthotics (unless it's absolutely necessary). Everyone working was so kind. The sweet pup wanting belly rubs was an added bonus!

Fatima was the best receptionist! She put me at ease and answered all my questions with booking and the process for getting orthotics. Barry is also the sweetest thing. Werner had an incredibly in depth assessment and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Would recommend!!!
