We had a party for my 10 year old at Kinetic Ninja Warrior, and it was fantastic. The kids absolutely loved it. The staff was very helpful and kind. The party block was 2 hours with about an hour and 15 minutes of activity if in the gym (I didn't actually time it). About 15 minutes up front is for a safety talk and to go over how the gym activities work then an hour of free time.
