Had a great experience using Kinetic loop training system. They were patient and very helpful answered all my questions and made sure they were doing what was necessary to make my cycling a better experience. I have found new stretches that not only help when riding but just in day to day activities. I work for my self so my schedule is very hectic so finding time to ride a uncomfortable bike was not working for me. My bike feels and rides the way a high end road bike should now.
