Nida was absolutely incredible. She worked previously in physical therapy and knows the body like no other massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She listens to your needs and immediately jumps into correction practices. She talks you through movements and actions she is taking throughout your massage. Nida was absolutely amazing. I love that she is a physical therapist and sports massage therapist. She is so skilled and talented! She combined, neural muscular, orthopedic, and sports recovery interventions into the treatment. I have a lot of restrictions in my hips. She did some specific manipulations and massage- afterwards I had greater ROM in both of my hips.
