Nida was absolutely amazing. I love that she is a physical therapist and sports massage therapist. She is so skilled and talented! She combined, neural muscular, orthopedic, and sports recovery interventions into the treatment. I have a lot of restrictions in my hips. She did some specific manipulations and massage- afterwards I had greater ROM in both of my hips.
