I saw Dr. Lyons. She seemed nice, but I told her that there was a piece of nail still stuck in my toe causing me pain after the nail had fallen off and she acknowledged it and didn't even remove it. For my other issues, she only offered me what her office sold on their shelf at $70 a pop. I asked if she could write a prescription for something my insurance could cover and she said no. They managed to take off my review and I will continue to post it because they are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. He doesn't want to talk to me he doesn't want to respond to emails I have called five times I have emailed four times they're billing department is completely lazy it's such a disappointment I was going to have a massive 3-point foot surgery here but I would never even consider it after this type of treatment.
I had some concerns about the way I was treated by somebody at the office. No less than five phone calls and three emails and I cannot get anybody to respond to me. I have directly emailed the doctor multiple times the office manager I know both of the receptionist. Very sad case of poor customer service I was going to go here for, in my opinion, radical foot surgery, but I no longer have any interest after being treated this way.
