Kinetic was great. The owner and staff were very welcoming and the workout was challenging but felt great! I'll definitely be back!
Kinetic Fitness has an incredible grind culture and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a class and support system for every goal, Melissa is an awesome gym owner to work with, and the community, coaching, and value make it worth every penny.
I love this place. It’s great people and vibes and good workouts but not over the top. Just right.
I’ll be honest — I’m not one of those people who *loves* working out or wakes up excited to be “healthy and motivated.” I wish I were sometimes, but that’s just not me. That doesn’t mean I never enjoy it — it just isn’t my natural default. Honestly the best gym I've ever been too, the trainers are just the best, they have a lot of knowledge, they really care about you and it never gets boring. I moved away, I miss this place so much and all the people. Truly one of a kind place, nothing else like it around.
