I’ll be honest — I’m not one of those people who *loves* working out or wakes up excited to be “healthy and motivated.” I wish I were sometimes, but that’s just not me. Honestly the best gym I've ever been too, the trainers are just the best, they have a lot of knowledge, they really care about you and it never gets boring. I moved away, I miss this place so much and all the people. Truly one of a kind place, nothing else like it around.

Kinetic Fitness is an amazing place! I was starting my journey in fitness and needed to get precise BMI numbers and I was referred here. Have gotten readings done for the past two months and was a very pleasant experience. Was a little nervous to get 1st reading done but after my experience I won't go anywhere else. Owner even takes the time,effort,and energy to put all past readings into a spreadsheet to show you all your progress amazing work!!!! I was in town for a week and wanted to continue my workout plan. I emailed kinetic and probably within less than 5 minutes I had an email response telling me that they would accommodate me. I showed up the next morning and it was clear that the team had communicated with each other that I was going to be coming in to work out. I have been going to Kinetic Fitness for years. The hardest part was walking through the door for the first time all those years ago. It is an awesome gym. The trainers are highly competent. The workouts are always changing so you never get board. The members and staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended as it is one of the best decisions I have ever made!
