The gym, sauna, and cold plunge space is thoughfully designed, private, not busy, and clean. The equipment selection is excellent (free weighs, squat rack, resistance bands, kettle bells, treadmill, bike, rowing, SkiErg, benches, etc.). The sauna and cold plunge are perfect for post-workout recovery plus it’s super convientet.
