The electricians are wonderful. They do excellent work at reasonable prices. The office staff, however, is very rude. Apparently, I missed an invoice in my text and they refused to send it again to me so I could pay it. Very poor customer service.
Pleasure to work with this company will do so again if needed On time, friendly, helpful and got my job done in approximately 1.1/2 hours. Thank you Nate for all of your help today, couldn't be happier
Can’t say enough good things about Kinetic Energy. A storm took out our power meter and mast around 5pm and they were at my house by 8:30 the next morning. They even handled tree trimming as part of the job. The electric company didn’t get to us until nearly 24 hours later, but by then Kinetic Energy had already done everything on their end. Kinetic Electric was fantastic from start to finish. From their internal office staff to the electricians working in our home, the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Absolute rip off and arbitrary charges. The previous time their technician came, they installed more lights and stayed longer. This time they did less work and the time was shorter, and I was charged twice as much! They don’t understand or care about customer loyalty, that’s for damn sure. There must be bots creating their reviews. Avoid at all costs.
