We are so happy with the service we received from Kinetic Electrical last night! We had no hot water and after calling a couple of other businesses (who couldn’t fit us in until Friday or even next week), we were feeling pretty stressed. We rang Kinetic just a few minutes before closing time, and their amazing receptionist organised for someone to come out within 30 minutes. Carl was amazing he came out and quoted the job and then came back and did an amazing job. He was on time which was great. Excellent work and great price.
Highly recommended & very impressed.! Same day service, actually came within hours for a NON-urgent TV reception job. Only charged HALF the 'minimum' quoted price, very fair company. Very polite and nice technician too. Would definitely use Kinetic Electrical again.!
Picked up a stove thermostat part. Staff were helpful and I got the right part at a reasonable price. Would come back again.
