Dr. Matt is amazing. He’s relatable, understanding, and knows his craft through and through. I love his passion for sports, health, and overall wellness. Not to mentioned Dr. Matt has helped me through different period in my life since seeing him initially. The cherry on top is the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about you. Highly recommend seeing anyone at Kinetic Centre to help you with anything you may be going through.
I went to see Dr. Kristina Myles and she is very smart and squared away she is helping me through my pulled lower back muscle which was making it hard to stand up straight. She has fixed me up yet again lol she is pretty amazing!
Dr. Matt is the best! I injured myself skiing and wouldn't think of going to anyone else to help me with my recovery.
Great place to treat injuries or improve your running (the reason I am going ) Dr. Myles treatment has helped me to run better from the beginning Not only that, she is great at explaining in detail what needs to improve and how to get better. If you are an athlete at any level, who needs to improve, I recommend Kinetic Centre 100%!
The Kinetic Center has become a huge partner in my daughter’s physical development. They’ve helped us identify problem areas to know where the focus should be when it comes to building strength physically as well as teaching her how to move in a way that minimizes her chances of injury. There is no way athletes should hesitate at an opportunity to learn how to move, get stronger and help prevent injury.
