I had a great experience with Kinetic. I had a makeshift sump pump that they lined with a proper sump pump lining. They also filled in the areas around the sump pump as well. There was a small issue with the high water sensor that they came out and fixed right away. I’d highly recommend them. The sump pump has been working great with the rain we’ve had since it was installed.
Just had a Sump Pump solution installed. Greg and the team did an excellent job. Once we got the project started, they completed it fast and efficiently. The organized the Electrician and Mason that we needed for our particular job as well so there was no extra work on our part.
Kinetic personnel were very professional and easy to deal with. They did a great job on my sump pump system. I’m glad I chose to go with them for the job.
We initially called Kinetic for an estimate on new sump system after recent basement flooding. Greg showed up right after another big rain and had additional flooding which actually killed or existing sump. Greg returned later that day and installed a new sump and connections as well as dehumidifier to dry things out. We ended up with full basement waterproofing system installed with double pumps, grate drains and vapor barrier.
