My days at kinesis have changed my days at home . Every time I move furniture , plants in large pots and something as simple as getting in and out of my car it's easier and healthier. I really think Kinesis yoga tuneup fun fit and Pilates Will make a big difference in the function of your body everyday. The whole Kinesis crew supports your personal success .
Every service/class/workout I've done here or taken here has been nothing short of amazing for my body while I'm having fun. A spotless environment. All experts in a non judgemental, warm and unpretentious setting. Need more stars for Kinesis and all the people who go there!
Dawn and Kim are the dynamic duo proprietors of this westside fitness studio. Dawn is an extremely talented and intuitive physical therapist and in only a visit had made a huge impact on my neck/upper back lockup. Kim's passion for training is palpable and she is authentic and inspiring. I highly recommend you check out the family like atmosphere and get your butt kicked and your mind right.
Run by true professionals who really care about your health, Kinesis is a place for learning about your body, caring about your body, and doing what's good for your body!
