I love my Kinesis FreeStyle Pro keyboard. The macro programming is very simple to do and the keyboard is of quality design and construction. It's the best keyboard I've ever owned. Can't speak to their sales or support because I've never used them, but their engineering and their website (instructions, firmware updates, etc.) have provided everything I've ever needed.
For your Ergonomic office needs
Great keyboards but their email based tech support reps are short at best. I wanted to buy new electronics (no case) for my Advantage and it felt like pulling teeth to get an answer. Three word response emails aren't getting me in the mood to spend $350 on another keyboard.
Terrible costumer service (specifically sales@kinesis), these guys don't even know how to reply to an email.
