This bank is horrible
Jennifer Hernandez gave me excellent service. I was extremely upset and frustrated because my check had been forged and cashed, which forced me to close my old account, open a new one, transfer all my bill payments, and set up a new online account. Jennifer made a very stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and efficiency. She worked with me for two hours without showing any sign of fatigue or frustration. I highly recommend her.
When I visited Kinecta Federal Credit Union and spoke with a teller, I was referred to Nathen Cuevas and couldn't be happier, He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained how loans work in a clear, easy way. He also connected me with the right person to help me secure a home equity line of credit. Nathen truly went above and beyond and is a five star employee.
Cedric was so helpful. I came in to make a deposit and he offered me a new high yield savings account. I am pleased with Cedric’s service and with the leadership at this Kinecta location. Best Employees ever. Thank you Kinecta.
