When I visited Kinecta Federal Credit Union and spoke with a teller, I was referred to Nathen Cuevas and couldn't be happier, He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained how loans work in a clear, easy way. He also connected me with the right person to help me secure a home equity line of credit. Nathen truly went above and beyond and is a five star employee.

Nathan Cuevas was pleasure to work with. I am from out of state and needed help with my mother's account (who had passed). I had trouble trying to get everything figured out on line, but was in town for a couple days and Nathan really helped me through the process.
