I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Kinecta Federal Credit Union. I am a resident of Georgia and have never been a member or authorized an account with this institution. I discovered that an employee, Katherine Kauffman (formerly Wright), fraudulently used my personal information to open an account at a California branch. I would provide zero-stars if I could. Kinecta member for over 30-years, but their "Zero liability fraud protection" guarantee for credit cards is an absolute joke. Had fraud on the card back in 2024, and I have called at least 2x a month trying to get the charges reversed. They claimed all the charges had been resolved but forgot one and now they hit my credit with a delinquent notice EVEN though they know the charge is fraud and has been disputed.
