Been a member for 30 yrs, had an issue with a check being improperly filled out and they were more interested in charging me a return check fee instead of providing customer service. Time for a new bank.
I met with my advisor to review the portfolio and discuss the new rollout. While they explained the changes, I'm still unsure what's so great about it. It feels more stressful than anything—their presentation makes it sound promising, but there's really nothing concrete behind it.
I love this location for my credit union needs. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and attentive to any issues I have had. Good number of ATMs (2 walk up, 2 drive through). It is always festive for whatever season we are in.
They are changing the way you invest and forcing you to move with a new company... they are moving from LPL to ameriprise. .. like we have nothing else to do.. now I need a new advisor.. I'm forced to.. Whoever made the change needs to be investigated.. I'm sure getting a kick back.. Note.. all the advisors are from LPL.. Something fishy happening And they do not disclose what fees must be paid
Irene and her team are pretty amazing! They helped me save money with my credit card and made the process easy when bringing my accounts over from Wells Fargo. I appreciate the time that they took to help me to understand how the accounts work and I would recommend this amazing team to anyone looking to establish their credit union account!
