I just had a great experience with Kinecta PFA Matthew who took very good care of my many transactions, he was very knowledge and took his time to explain all question. Great job!! Amazing person
I have been a member for over 15 years. I went in to open a new certificate and was greeted by Awilda, who had Sandro assist with the process. He was genuinely happy, and friendly. He reviewed my account and gave additional information. We went on to speak about a possible auto loan/ personal load to which he then gave me his card if I ever need further assistance. Thank you for making me feel important and handling my account. Keep up the great customer service.
Matthew did a great job providing customer support, with a positve attitude. Matthew was very helpful contacting other services to provide the best support in the most meaningful and convenient manner.
Been a member for 30 yrs, had an issue with a check being improperly filled out and they were more interested in charging me a return check fee instead of providing customer service. Time for a new bank.
