Horrible servicio, nunca contestan
Worst Kinecta! I ever been to!!! No type of customer service! Was helped by Jasmine and I wanted my appt to be over! Didn’t cross a word during my whole experience sitting there.. I felt very akward sitting there not speaking!! Will never come back here! No one smiles! As a banker sitting down a simple Convo would make it easier for a customer to sit there 40 minutes instead of feeling like it was 5 hours!! Worst experience ever! Why be a banker!! “how are you” would be nice… Next time I’ll go to manhattan beach!
I've banked here for about 10 years and I'm sad to say I left the bank due to the following: My checking and savings account were frozen without my consent, without my knowledge and without the bank reaching out to me prior to do so. I only found out since I called in when my debit card was declined. I missed my Credit Card payment, total due was 160.00; turns out the bank has the authority to freeze your hard earned money with ouy contacting you, without notifiying you. They will hold all your money hostage until the CC mon... read more
