Worst Kinecta! I ever been to!!! No type of customer service! Was helped by Jasmine and I wanted my appt to be over! Didn’t cross a word during my whole experience sitting there.. I felt very akward sitting there not speaking!! Will never come back here! No one smiles! As a banker sitting down a simple Convo would make it easier for a customer to sit there 40 minutes instead of feeling like it was 5 hours!! Worst experience ever! Why be a banker!! “how are you” would be nice… Next time I’ll go to manhattan beach!
I've banked here for about 10 years and I'm sad to say I left the bank due to the following: My checking and savings account were frozen without my consent, without my knowledge and without the bank reaching out to me prior to do so. I only found out since I called in when my debit card was declined. I missed my Credit Card payment, total due was 160.00; turns out the bank has the authority to freeze your hard earned money with ouy contacting you, without notifiying you.
