They do a very good job
I had a very disappointing experience at your salon. The stylist, a young lady named Fatuma (or Fatima), was extremely unprofessional. She was loud and seemed more focused on chatting with the man doing hair next to her than on doing my hair properly. I expected a calm and professional environment, but instead felt ignored and uncomfortable. This was not the salon experience I was hoping for.
I can’t say enough good things about this salon! After another stylist rescheduled twice and then cancelled the appointment one hour before, this salon came to the rescue! They truly saved the day for my hair! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism, and I instantly felt comfortable. After showing them my inspiration pictures, they more than EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!
