We started having issues with several roller shades in our ~2 year old house, and I reached out to Kindrick for assistance. We lined up an appointment and he came out to take a look. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issues, resolving what were fundamentally install errors from the builder. While he did not have the item I was in search of he recommended me where to go and told me about more cost effective places for this specific need. I truly appreciated that.
