Since coming here I've gone through 6-7 Administrators. Current one is real bad. If you're going to have a loved one here they should speak Spanish since there are 16 Spanish caregivers Otherwise you have to talk into their cell. Only 6 English speaking The food sucks I came in at 135 now at 105. I'm 62 been here 2+years. Last tornado warning sirens going off they caregivers did nothing. I had to tell them it was serious finally listened to me only thing they do is bring my meds and food-in & pick tray up. I would highly rec... read more

Two if the staff members there were very attentive, though poorly trained. The place is understaffed, management rarely on site, constant turnover on every level. Staff on their phones constantly. No activities for resident's and nothing for them to do. I have since taken my mother out of this facility, and regret that she had to spend 2 years there.

I would never place a loved one in this memory care facility. They are fed off paper plates and paper bowls. They’re given food that looks like a piles of mush or is just random slop thrown on a plate. Residents flinch and seem skittish. Workers are ghetto and are always on the phone talking to friends when a resident tries to talk to them they are told to get out of their face.
