Two if the staff members there were very attentive, though poorly trained. The place is understaffed, management rarely on site, constant turnover on every level. Staff on their phones constantly. No activities for resident's and nothing for them to do. I have since taken my mother out of this facility, and regret that she had to spend 2 years there.

I would never place a loved one in this memory care facility. They are fed off paper plates and paper bowls. They’re given food that looks like a piles of mush or is just random slop thrown on a plate. Residents flinch and seem skittish. Workers are ghetto and are always on the phone talking to friends when a resident tries to talk to them they are told to get out of their face. I worked for this company just short by 2 years. During the time I worked for this company there were 5 Director changes. HR doesn’t train Directors correctly and sets them up for failure. Management treats staff like garbage. I would never recommend anyone to live here due to the negligence of the Director and HR. Staff are there for a paycheck and will talk to family, Residents, and care staff any way they like. My mother was at this facility along with my step father...my family was always taken care of during the time they were there total of about 8 years, the facility was always clean and welcoming, the staff was great and the director Ms. Autumn was always wonderful to work with . will highly recommend to others in need of special memory care ...
