I enjoyed the most amazing sound nest the day prior to major surgery - I felt so relaxed and positive in the next 24 hours that Kyrie kindly offered to come and prepare me even more so in the couple of hours prior to going to theatre I was calm / smiling / positive as I was wheeled into the operating room and recovered from surgery with less pain than I had anticipated Thankyou Kyrie

My girl and I were so nourished last night at Sound Nest by Kyrie Kindred Self at Urban Wellness 💛 Kyrie's welcoming and nurturing space was so beautiful. ✨️ As we lay down on the cosy mats and pillows she played a range of Tibetan Sound Bowls, chimes and a rolling sea drum. Very much needed to be held and healed in the magic and beauty of the Sound Nest. 🙏 You should definitely treat yourself. 🌙✨️ Toni 💛
