My Meme was here for 4 years before we moved her in 2011. She hadn't showered in 2 weeks and she hadn't left her bed in 3 months. The old owners embezzled money and left, taking a large sum from my Meme, as well as others. They misdiagnosed her with Parkinsons , which led to complications in her health. This place is horrible and the staff that I met we're just as horrible. How you let a woman sit in her filth for 2 weeks I'll never know. As someone aspiring to be a CNA, this is unimaginable.

do they clean?? went to visit my grandmother..this was on a monday..I noticed a piece of fecise on the floor in back of the toilet..i went back on Friday..and the same thing was there..disgusting..place smells like death...not a place to be..took her to another place wher she is happy in a clean facility!!

They took 2 hours to come to my grandmothers room with a bed pan she then sat in poo for another hour awaiting to be cleaned sat there crying. Her room is just outside of the reception, they heard her. They had her at a level of oxygen five times higher then her highest reccomened level then completely took her off, without telling her she thought it was working. Then raised it again. She woke up purple shaking, nose bleeding was rushed to the hospital and was then told about her high and dropped levels of oxygen cutting off... read more

I have had multiple friends and/or family members long term and short term stay at that facility and I have had nothing but bad experience with them. There was a time where it took over 40-45 mins for them to give a bed pan to my family member, gave them food that they couldn't eat because they had no fork or spoon to eat with, it took the nurses about 1hour to get a fork. The problems go on and on. It never seems to change.
