Huge thank you to Kindred Paramount Hospital’s Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) staff for their care of my brother, Thomas R. He was in a significant motorcycle accident and after much advocating with his insurance we were very happy to have him transferred to Kindred’s LTAC unit for further rehabilitation and care before transitioning to their Acute Rehab Unit (ARU). The time I had here in the hospital was amazing the staff is nice and caring thank you for taking great care of me, to all the ICU nurses thank you for celebrating my birthday with the cake and balloons it meant a lot to me.
2 weeks of focused therapy and recovery - After 42 days in ICU and step down care, my husband, Marty Cornejo was transferred to Kindred ARU, Paramount for intense therapy and recovery - we were nervous. I was first stayed in the hospital, then transferred to ARU..I want to Thank You all the staff they have been wonderful and now I am going tomorrow 7/13
When I arrived at Kindred Paramount Hospital I was scared but I fought everyday to get stronger. I later transferred over to the rehab unit and now today I’m leaving Kindred Paramount Hospital Rehab Unit heading to another facility and eventually home. While I was on the rehab I received good care from therapy department and nursing department which was great, the staff was kind, patient, attentive, and educational, it was the little things the staff did that showed me they are going the extra mile to care for me .
