My uncle is there now. We pushed the call button, it 38 minutes for someone to come and check on him. Then it took them 25 minutes to come back . They still didn't resolve the problem he was having. His room was a mess. The ceiling had missing and broken places in the square they up there. Soon as I arrived you could smell urine in the parking lot. It got worse as we walked in.
