Staff is so rude and thankless!
Not prompt at all when we need something for my mother. Waited 5 hours for a suction machine that was ordered "stat" when my mother was choking because she cannot swallow! Was told multiple times that her medication has been called in when it has not. This service is ment to ease the pain and suffering for the patient and family during the end stages of life and that is not what we have received.
