Jasmine is a wonderful, kind, compassionate and respectful aide. She treated my cousin like he was family. She was gentle and soft spoken. She took the time to listen and wait for him to respond on his Dynavox. She was always concerned of his needs as well as the needs of other family members who were visiting with him. From the very beginning, the care my loved one received from Gentiva Hospice was exceptional. The care consultant Denise made the referral process smooth and reassuring during a difficult time. Our admitting nurse, Beth, was incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. Our case manager, Rick, provided outstanding care and worked diligently to ensure my loved one remained comfortable and pain-free. Although very active for 95 years, my mom became ill and was not able to care for herself. We made the decision to move her into our home but needed help caring for her. The amazing Gentiva staff stepped into our lives and provided exactly what my family, and especially my mom needed. Everyone was so kind and supportive. For over 3 months we established a special connection with Crystal and Kristy, and are so grateful for their love & compassion. Ashlee has been so wonderful! She is genuine, kind, approachable, and willing to answer any questions. If she doesn't have an answer, she'll get back to you with one. I highly recommend working with her and Gentiva. The hospice nurses were also wonderful and compassionate while providing care.
