Ashlee has been so wonderful! She is genuine, kind, approachable, and willing to answer any questions. If she doesn't have an answer, she'll get back to you with one. I highly recommend working with her and Gentiva. The hospice nurses were also wonderful and compassionate while providing care.

We are very grateful for the care and support provided by the hospice team. Throughout the entire process, they were consistently professional and compassionate. Communication was clear and timely, and they were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their presence brought comfort and reassurance during a very difficult time. Both the family and our staff were extremely pleased with the level of care and respect shown, and we truly appreciate the dedication of the entire hospice team.

I helped a friend access Hospice. From first contact with Gentiva Hospice every single person was thoughtful, informative, and kind. They started services quickly and worked with my friend and her family to identify their needs and build a plan. My friend passed pain free and her family had much needed support and compassion. I highly recommend Gentiva Hospice, New Castle.
