Gentiva Hospice cared for my father, Clarence from February until his passing in June 2025, and I truly appreciate the support they provided during that time. The support they provide my mother during this time was remarkable. The social worker and volunteers contacted mom often to ensure her questions were answered and that she had enough supplies.
