All the personal that have visited at my home and that I have spoken with on the phone have been extremely compassionate. They listen to my concerns and offer solutions. Each week Darlene, Tasha and Josh always call and or notify that they are heading here for visits. They are positive and helpful and encouraging. Brittany and her team at Gentiva go above and beyond to make sure my mother has the best care possible. They are very knowledgeable and only a phone call away when needed.
