They have done a very good job. They’re kind courteous, helpful always don’t call 24 seven nursing staff with Jennifer Bricker leading always there when you’re needed. All her experience helps my wife, Elizabeth healing up all the aids care tremendously about the healing and emotional being of the patient. I would recommend him and give a five star.
Thank you to Travis, Wendy, Tori, Julie, and Lindsey during our mom’s final days. This is a thoughtful, knowledgeable, personable, and comforting team! Travis took incredible care of our needs when my brother & I helped care for our mom at home. Ultimately, she spent her last hours in a nursing facility and Travis was there to help us after she passed. Mt. Vernon /Knox County is blessed with the good-hearted, kind people at Gentiva.

My mom was placed with this company during her last of days. I assume for she had no money is the reason for the lack there of being tossed around by the system. During this time I had spoken to the case manager, and personally knew one of the nurse's. This company's clergy was asked to come visit and never showed up ever we were told he was scheduled on a Friday and friday never came .
