I am a client of Kindred Homecare.The in office staff I have dealt with are useless and so are most of their workers.
I worked in care support on weekends up until September 2021. I loved it until a policy of billing clients and Social Development for unstaffed hours became so aggressive I was “expected” to call a client on the phone and count that brief phone call as a “check in” and bill for the entire shift!!! My mother suffered a stroke in Spring 2021 and needed home support and we chose Integrity because Kindred will not provide benefits to frontline staff, only management, as well as numerous reliability issues.
