Went to apply for a PSW job, I was told there would be two rounds of interviews. I did my first, moved on to the second, confirmed it, and joined the web link to the interview and was ghosted. I emailed the recruiter and she didn’t even have the decency to respond. I sat on there for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to join. People have to take time off work for interviews. Show some respect for candidates because lord knows if we showed up 30+ minutes late we wouldn’t even get the job. Do better!!
