Our grandmother was refused medical transport to the hospital for more than a day because the staff didn't believe she had broken her hip. It was fractured and she had to be rushed into emergency surgery after we demanded they xray her and found it was severely fractured. They refused to give her a toilet riser amd told her no such thing existed. Then when we asked about the toilet riser they told us they had to lock them up for security reasons and Noone on site is allowed to give them out. Please do not send your loved one... read more
My father fell at this facility and we were never called. He waits a long time to get pain meds and to use the bathroom.
My Mother was there after falling and having a brain injury not a place for that!! There is not a doctor on staff that specializes in that injury. They "act" like they are kind to get you in the door. After that beware. We were told she would get an hour of therapy a day haha maybe if your lucky 15 minutes. The day that she was set to go home very rude!!
