We received a call from Mr Bill Kindred regarding our situation. He was more than appalled. As a business owner he went above and beyond to make this right to us. As nothing will ever be able to "fix it" because it was contingent on actually writing down our wishes, I appreciate his gesture immensely. He has assured us that the employee will be handled. Even though we had gone past the time for the viewing, they told everyone to take as much time as they needed. I have never seen that happen before, what a great act of kindness!!!
