My Mom was on the 100 unit until tonight. On 4 different visits i found poop under her nails. She has a trake and thats all bad. She always have her hands near her neck and mouth area. I have let them know about this issue several times and earlier today i went to see her when they moved her from the 100 unit to the 200 unit and poop was under her nails again. My husband was a patient for 3 weeks here. The care was very good. I want to mention (3) employees who went above and beyond! #1 Monica from PT was kind, gentle, caring and definitely impacted his care in a positive way!!
