Tired of being lied to. My daughter was transferred here the beginning of March. They were supposed to be the flagship facility of the chain. They were supposed to have a multidisciplinary team. They don't have as much as they advertise. They were supposed to help me stabilize her and get her in to see pain management. Now they are going to discharge her on a fraction of the pain meds she has been on because the don't want to allow me to give her he pain meds. Kindred Hospital Rancho provided superior care for my father. He was sent to Kindred once the hospital that did his surgery indicated he was stable and just needed rehab. Kindred staff followed up on our concerns in many areas. The family met every doctor and department on his team within 48 hours. They did great by us. I wish he had arrived sooner, perhaps his lung infection would have been caught sooner. Thank you every one, you were superior!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. I took numerous pictures of cockroaches on the floor an found my loved ones iv machine laid over on the floor at one point. Not to speak my loved one passed away 3 days after being there. WAY TO GO KINDRED!!! DISGUSTING PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
