Do not give them a dime! We bought a brand new heat stove, lp with a pilot light, just a year and a half ago. It stopped working causing 6 broken pipes. When we called them they were not open on the weekend and had no emergency number. We had to have someone else fix the heater and on Monday we called and they offered no solution, help or advice. They were courteous and neat-left no mess. They did find a major problem with our stovepipe. Promptly sent someone out to assess and moving to order the needed part.
Fun fireplace shop to stop in at. You'll be on a 1st name basis, since it's not an oversized, huge store. Very personable
Misty was wonderful to work with getting me Deerfield Lopi pellet stove. I was having issues with another company in my area not delivering on their promise to get it installed after I had removed my heat and had a hole drilled for the venting. Misty came thru with delivering the stove and venting so I could get heat into my home. I highly recommend their company to everyone I talk to about my experience !
I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Very professional, reasonable price, and fast service.
