First, I want to be clear that I have nothing negative to say about the veterinarians themselves. My concern is with the administration and scheduling process. For the second year in a row, I have driven two hours for a scheduled appointment, only to wait an additional one to two hours before being seen. Last year I spent that time waiting 1.5 hours in an exam room; today I spent an hour waiting in my car. Like everyone else, my time has value. Visiting family from out of town and my dog developed an eye infection. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at the clinic, and then when you do and they give you an appointment, they end up changing it a couple times or cancelling it last minute. Luckily headed back to the city tomorrow and can get my dog in there. Would not recommend.
So grateful to have such a caring veterinarian in town! Kaitlyn has so much compassion and knowledge. They are so accommodating even with their full schedules. We are truly so lucky to have her and the rest of the wonderful staff.
Place is such a joke now! Horrible vet don’t bring your animals here. They don’t care about the animals, just the money. Will be moving vets and getting others to do the same. Front desk lady is useless too. HORRIBLE VET. Better off taking your pets to neighbouring towns. Place is a joke and very dirty. Place seems like it never gets cleaned. Kaitlyn and her staff are wonderful. We’ve been going there for many years with many animals and they’re always so good, happy and sad visits.
