Terrible experience. Manager doesn’t care about your experience. I have never experienced such horrible delivery and customer service from management.

Kindersley transport customer service needs a lot of improvement. The lady that handles scheduling delivery appointment is so unprofessional, and very unhelpful. She hung up on me while discussing how to manage a situation that was created by them. Vitran acquired the wrong ship!
I called in to have a shipment reweighted because the shipper's scale had been wrong. And they didn't. Now I have to pay for double the weight it was because they have no paper trail.
