Horrible Insurance Provider. If only I were able to give NO stars, that would be more appropriate for this establishment and their (apparently incompetent) Insurance Agents who impetuously misinterpreted the information in my Driving Record, thereby fabricating a non-existent Driving Under Suspension charge in order to double my premium. Not a good experience with an agent. Not very willing to help. Would have been a 1 start however he did EVENTUALLY send over information that I needed. Also when I originally called, the secretary transferred me over to Raymond (Ironton) he answered "sounded asleep" then purposely hung up. I called back was transferred again to Raymond and seemed VERY unwilling to help!
Best insurance office in town, the girls are great and you can save so much!!
