Recommendedif you are wondering what kind of a bank this is, I'll tell you that the East Greenbush branch is wonderful! I haven't had my account here for long, my three year old often goes with me once or twice a month. He forgot some toys there, not only did they remember who's they were, but they even remembered his name and mailed them to him! You don't see that kind of thing every day. They really get to know their customers. I highly recommend this branch!

I cannot believe these people put an 11 day hold on my Husbands paycheck!! His check still has NOT cleared!! I have 2 children back here in West Virginia and this is RIDICULOUS!! Why should all our bills be late over a bunch of LAZINESS!! He opened his account on the 6th and his money won't hit until the 23rd!! I wonder how this Bank would like it if their bills were LATE!! What right does this bank have to put a hold on money that DOES NOT belong to them!!! What a BUNCH OF CROOKS!! ����
I started banking with Kinderhook when I first moved to the area, and kept on doing business with them wherever in the world I went. I had eleven addresses in four years, moved to Philadelphia, lived in Italy, wouldn't have done it without the Kinderhook bank. Real friendly service and the BEST online banking facilities. If you goof up, just call the bank and they'll straighten you out every time.
