We have been using Kinderdental for maybe 7 years now. We have twins and they have had some complex dental issues that have been well managed by Justin and his staff. Even when we were working overseas Justin was available to help provide advice.
I'm very glad that I sought a second opinion.
Kinderdental continue to impress me with consistently high standards of care and customer service. My children have been coming to Dr Justin for 4 years now and this week we had our first dental trauma. Dr Justin was available after hours to reassure me and look at photos of the damage. Before lunchtime the next day we had a consult booked for the day following to allow time for us to travel to Perth. Terrible experience here. Rudest dental receptionists I’ve ever dealt with, and the prices are outrageous. Feels like a rip-off compared to other places in Perth. Avoid if you value decent service and fair pricing.
Cannot commed Justin enough, my poor daughter had an abcess that another dentist in Geralton attempted to pull with no luck and the infection spread - Kinderdental fit us in on the dat - giving us time to drive from Kalbarri and on arrival Justin was quick to settle her nerves explaing all the bits to her, giving an xray to rule out the need for any other works, the choosing of the laughing gas flavourreally took her mind off it.
