Since starting at KinderCare in South Dade, we’ve had such a wonderful experience. The staff is so caring, welcoming, and supportive. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this daycare. Instead of supporting my child in a nurturing and professional way, they chose to label her and single her out. On more than one occasion, staff referred to my daughter as a “monster” when speaking to incoming teachers.
