My kids love going here very much! Whenever I mention this place, they always get very excited.
They put their ridiculous policies before their clients and in return have no responsibility to those clients in areas of important communication, like the loss of their swim instructor. Their main front office point of contact is rude and should probably consider a job where interaction with other people is not necessary. They have lost me as a client forever and I will do whatever I can to take as many people with me.
