Scammer, scammer, scammers! Do NOT get involved with them. After months and months of being dragged around, money being put down, we got denied and now they are saying it s not able to be returned to us.
Stay away from this company, They will scam you in a heart beat. This company was also a contributor to the many ARM mortagages which most of their customers lost their homes once the housing bubble collapsed.
This is one of the worst mobile home retail companies I have come across to date. My grandfather put \$15,000 down on a single wide mobile home in september of 2009. He was told the home would be in by Christmas of 2009 by the company. He was diagnosed with lung cancer not long after. He is going thought chemo and radiation weekly, and the only thing he would like is his new house. Here it is January 27th and the house is still not in.
