Had two front seat bottom foams replaced and the upholstery material reinstalled. After a couple of days the upholstery material was loose and looked terrible. He blamed it on the foam, offered to fix it at an additional cost and I made the appointment 60 days out because of his schedule. I called ahead of time to find out the appointment was not logged in resulting in another two month wait to reschedule. I got it repaired elsewhere and they told me the upholstery material was incorrectly reinstalled.
