I had such an amazing experience at Kinder. After a couple of years going through life feeling "blah" and lethargic, going from burnout to burnout, I hit my breaking point. I attended Kinder Last June-July. This month marks my one year anniversary of doing something for myself. I am a mother to 5 beautiful babies & a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My experience at Kinder in the Keys was incredible. The staff were kind, supportive, and truly care about your healing. The peaceful setting helped me feel calm and safe. Their therapists are both powerful and effective. From the beautiful serene environment and the amazing chef to the entire staff this place is truly the best place you could choose for your mental and emotional well being. I’m so grateful for my time there and highly recommend it to anyone in need of real support.
I have nothing negative to say at all about Kinder. I don’t feel there are enough of these types of places! Mental health is such an important part of our lives and I’m grateful this place exists. I was at kinder for 240 hours of therapy, about 8 -9 weeks and not knowing the outcome, I can say I needed every second there and the staff was amazing and supportive. The treatment was great. I loved the food. I also loved my therapist. Great place to go to heal from trauma. The facility is really pretty and clean. I went there because I was very depressed and when I left I didn’t and have not felt depressed like that. The work was intense and some woman who came in were not ready to do that kind of work on themselves and left quickly, but I didn’t want to feel depressed anymore so I did everything I could to heal.
