This was truly one of the hardest yet rewarding treatment programs I have been through. As difficult this experience was, today I am confident in my abilities to do hard things. I am not perfect or magically "cured", I am on a journey of recovery with a new found since of hope. The women who come through our doors carry real courage, and it is clear that the Kinder in the Keys program gives them a safe, supportive space to heal and rebuild their lives. I have nothing but great things to say about Kinder in the Keys Treatment center. The program is very well structured, and my therapist was compassionate, attentive, and highly skilled. She truly listened and offered practical, meaningful guidance, allowing me to leave my sessions feeling more grounded and understood. I researched many mental health facilities to assist a family member and realized that Kinder in the Keys Treatment Center was the best option by far. It not only helps you through your healing journey onsite, but they also care about your life after treatment. I have so many things to say about Kinder. So many good things. Kinder has given me my life back. I went in because of severe ptsd, Borderline personality, and escapism to suicidal actions during anxiety and panic attacks. At first its very difficult, you wake up early, youre active early, it can be a change to normal life. But it gets so much easier to handle after the first few days.
