Took a tour of this facility for my dad and it was disgustingly dirty . You walk in the door and it smells like urine . The floors in the lobby hadn’t been vacuumed in quite sometime. The unit they showed us the walls needed painting and carpet needed to be replaced . No signs of any housekeepers and a dog who dosent look like it had been bathed in quite sometime roaming around kitchen area . This beautiful home could not be any better. They are kind, loving, and attentive. They treat us like family, and most of all, they treat our loved one like family. I honestly cannot find anything to dislike about them.
My 90 + year old Aunt hates living at Kindercare, Melanie has called the police to remove a friend being she is keeping her in isolation away from loved ones which is inhumane. She owns the building so she can keep my Aunt isolated from friends & family. If a person comes to visit her the owner then puts there name on a list to keep them out & never let them inside again.
