Such a better experience than I had at Cedar Sinai group. It was well managed, inviting and there was constant communication.
Although Kindbody has beautiful clinics, the operations are absolutely terrible, from the opaque processes to the lack of communication. They only communicate with patients via portal, which sounds like it would be convenient, but they have a different (and changing) point person for every topic (eg, billing, scheduling, authorization, results) so as a patient you feel extremely lost and confused a) trying to figure out who to send a message to and b) repeating information over and over again to multiple folks because nobody... read more
The experience was worth my 6lb 12oz!! It was a roller coasters, but the way I was treated with (some of, retrieval nurses wasn’t kind) the kindbody staff was amazing!!!! I’d do this 100X’s to get these results.
