Love the Santa Monica team. Everyone is welcoming and attentive. I did 3 rounds of egg freezing with them and they helped me all throughout the process. Dr. Kathiresan was always there to answer any questions I may have, so I definitely recommend.
I have been working with Kriszta Tiwari and I immediately saw a shift in my nutrition. She gave me practical tips that I could implement right away. She is not judgmental and will make recommendations on things that suit your lifestyle. For example, she taught me about eating PHFF meals and eating savory breakfast. That has helped keep me full. Dr Armstong was our second fertility doctor and exactly what we were looking for when we made the decision to switch. Our previous doctor was with a big clinic and there I felt like a number.
