DO NOT GO HERE. I am not surprised at all this clinic is temporarily closed. The communication, or lack thereof, is a complete joke. There were several occasions where I was asked to sign consent forms AN HOUR before coming in for procedures without any warning beforehand. I had NO guidance on how to inject medications and practically had to google my way through. I stared at this Clinic when it was Vios fertility with Dr. Adams. Dr. Adams & Vios were great, but when it became Kind body everything went downhill. They are shutting down this location yet are charging me for a consult service to do another transfer with my embryos I currently have stored with them that I can no longer opt to receive due to their choice to close down. I'm following up AGAIN- Kindbody is a mess. I have been trying for weeks to get them to complete paperwork to move my embryos, I haven't heard back. Instead I get an email saying that if I don't move my embryos soon, THEY WILL MOVE MY EMBRYOS TO COLORADO! It's horribly mis-managed. Horrendous mismanagement and total lack of communication. From the beginning we were given a checklist of things we needed to complete on our end. We left the time sensitive item for last so we could actually begin the in vitro process without any issues, then right before we were all set we got messaged that we had one more consultation we had to do first.
